About This Opportunity

The UWS Pathways To Dreaming Indigenous Achievement Scholarship is designed to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students pursuing undergraduate studies at Western Sydney University. The scholarship offers up to $5,000 per year for up to 4 years, totaling approximately $20,000. Recipients must be active participants in the Pathways to Dreaming program throughout high school, including attending opportunities provided by the program. The scholarship is available to new students enrolling in any undergraduate degree at WSU, Foundation Studies, Diploma, or Associate Degree at the College. Applicants must demonstrate community participation by completing a minimum of 50 hours of community service over 24 months preceding application. Academic achievement must be demonstrated through a minimum ATAR of 65, a minimum of 65% in each of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Pathway Program assessments, or receipt of a True Reward offer with a minimum ATAR of 65. The scholarship aims to assist Indigenous students with their studies and future careers while recognizing their academic achievement and community engagement.
