V Nelson Ayres Memorial Scholarship in Career and Technology Studies

The V Nelson Ayres Memorial Scholarship in Career and Technology Studies is awarded annually to a full-time student with superior academic achievement enrolled in any year of the Secondary Education Route with a major in Career and Technology Studies. Recipients will be chosen on the basis of academic standing and contributions made to student life through department and faculty activities. Preference is given to students with a valid journeyman certificate. This scholarship honors the late Mr. V Nelson Ayres and was established through an endowed gift to the University by his widow, Mrs. Gwendolin Ayres. Students may not receive both the Gordon Nicolson Memorial Award and the V Nelson Ayres Memorial Award in the same year.
