V Nelson Ayres Memorial Scholarship in Career and Technology Studies: Trades, Manufacturing, and Transportation

The V Nelson Ayres Memorial Scholarship in Career and Technology Studies: Trades, Manufacturing, and Transportation is awarded annually to a full-time student with superior academic achievement enrolled in any year of the Secondary Education Route with a major in Career and Technology Studies: Trades, Manufacturing, and Transportation. Recipients are selected based on academic standing and contributions made to student life through department and faculty activities. This endowed scholarship was established through a gift to the University by Mrs Gwendolin Ayres, widow of the late Mr V Nelson Ayres. Students may not receive both the Gordon Nicolson Memorial Award and the V Nelson Ayres Memorial Award in the same year.
