VA Veterinary Medical Association Scholarship

An award to support Virginia resident DVM students with demonstrated leadership potential, involvement in organized veterinary medicine and interest in legislation affecting the profession. This scholarship is offered through Virginia Tech and is aimed at Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) students who are residents of Virginia. Preference is given to VVMA (Virginia Veterinary Medical Association) Student Chapter members. The scholarship recognizes students who show potential for leadership and active engagement in organized veterinary medicine, particularly those interested in legislation affecting the veterinary profession.
