Van Dusen Graduate Awards

The Van Dusen Graduate Awards are scholarships awarded to outstanding graduate students in Economics at the University of Victoria. One or more scholarships are available annually to support full-time graduate students who demonstrate academic excellence. Approval of recipients is made by the Faculty of Graduate Studies Graduate Awards Committee based on recommendations from the Department of Economics. Awards are assigned based on nominations from eligible academic units rather than direct applications. The awards may be disbursed in September and are intended to recognize and support high-achieving students pursuing graduate studies in the field of Economics at UVic.
