This grant program supports supervision and mentorship activities for students and employees in municipal health and care services in Norway. The program aims to improve the quality of supervision for apprentices, vocational college students, bachelor and master students, as well as new employees in these services. Good supervision is considered crucial for receiving practice students, newly graduated professionals, and new employees in a way that promotes their professional development and well-being. The grant is intended to strengthen the capacity of municipalities and inter-municipal companies to provide quality mentorship and guidance within the healthcare and social care sectors.
