Veren Women in Engineering and Geoscience Scholarship

The Veren Women in Engineering and Geoscience Scholarship is offered annually to female continuing undergraduate students at the University of Calgary. This scholarship recognizes academic merit and supports women pursuing studies in engineering or geoscience fields. Two awards are available, with one recipient selected from the Schulich School of Engineering and one from the Faculty of Science (majoring in Geology or Geophysics). The scholarship is provided by Veren Inc. and demonstrates their commitment to supporting women in technical fields related to the petroleum industry. Recipients must be Canadian citizens or Permanent Residents, and preference is given to students with an interest in pursuing a career in the Petroleum Industry.
