Vergil V. Gregg Memorial Scholarship

The Vergil V. Gregg Memorial Scholarship is awarded to full-time students accepted to Eastern Illinois University. Recipients must maintain an overall GPA of 2.50 with a GPA of 3.00 in their major. Preference is given to Westfield residents, then to students in Clark County, followed by students covered by the Regional Office of Education, Region 11 (Counties of Clark, Coles, Cumberland, Douglas, Edgar, Moultrie, and Shelby). Financial need is a consideration in the selection process. The award is issued in the Fall Semester and recipients may be eligible to receive the award again in subsequent years provided they continue to meet the stated criteria.
