About this opportunity
The Verna Martin Memorial Scholarship in Doctoral Studies was established to assist graduate students who are pursuing a Ph.D. in any field of study at the University of Regina. This scholarship provides financial support to doctoral students who demonstrate academic excellence and financial need. The scholarship will be awarded to a University of Regina graduate student who is accepted as a fully-qualified graduate student and enrolled in a doctoral (Ph.D.) program in any field of study with a minimum cumulative grade point average of 80%. Financial need is also a consideration in the selection process. The scholarship is paid over the course of one year through 26 bi-weekly payments, and students must remain registered full-time to be eligible for the payments.
