About this opportunity
The Vernon C. Vice Fellowship provides financial support for students enrolled in the graduate freshwater sciences program at the School of Freshwater Sciences at UW-Milwaukee. The fellowship is designed to support scholarships, fellowships, research assistantships, teaching assistantships, or project assistantships for graduate students pursuing studies in freshwater sciences. Students with a completed and up-to-date Panther Scholarship Portal General Application and Awards Application will be considered for scholarships, typically between February and April each spring. Scholarships awarded in the spring apply to the following school year, meaning students graduating that same spring or summer are not eligible. The fellowship provides $5,000 in support to help students pursue their passion for water, environmental, or atmospheric science.
