Vet Services (HB) Ltd Scholarship

The Vet Services (HB) Ltd Scholarship is designed for fourth year Bachelor of Veterinary Science students at Massey University who demonstrate an interest in all aspects of rural practice including production animals, equine and companion animals, or who have an interest in excellent companion animal medicine and surgery. The scholarship offers a value of $2,500 for one year's duration with two awards available. Recipients will have the opportunity for practical work experience with Vet Services (HB) Ltd, which employs approximately 35 veterinarians, including some past scholarship recipients. Selection is based on academic and work achievements and experience, as well as performance in an interview. Applicants must submit a brief statement (300 words maximum) about what support from a vet clinic they would like in their first year out as a new graduate, along with a full CV outlining academic and work experiences, achievements, and contact details of two referees.
