Vets Central Veterinary Grant

The Vets Central Veterinary Grant is offered for 5th year Massey University Bachelor of Veterinary Science students who wish to see veterinary practice in Australia. This grant provides an opportunity for final-year veterinary students to gain clinical placement experience at Vets Central clinics across Australia. The award supports students interested in small animal practice or mixed animal practice, with a focus on those considering relocation to Australia upon graduation. Vets Central is a dynamic and rapidly growing group with 62 clinics across Australia and New Zealand, offering a 24-month New Grad Program designed to support new veterinary graduates in successfully transitioning from university to a professional career in general practice. Two grants of AUD $1,500 each are available annually to help students experience veterinary practice in an Australian clinical setting.
