Vets Serving Vets Scholarship

The Vets Serving Vets Scholarship was established at the Community Foundation of North Central Washington in 2017 by North Central Washington Vets Serving Vets. This scholarship supports graduating residents of Chelan or Douglas counties who were honorably discharged from the United States Armed Forces who will be attending college full-time. The scholarship is designed to help veterans transition to civilian life through higher education by providing financial support for their college education. Applicants must be residents of Chelan or Douglas counties in Washington State, have been honorably discharged from the United States Armed Forces, and plan to attend college with a minimum of 10 credits (two classes). The scholarship aims to recognize the service of veterans and support their educational goals as they pursue new career paths.
