About This Opportunity
Forte has launched a call for incoming visiting researchers from the United States. The call is open for applications within Forte's main fields: health, working life and welfare. The grant is applied for by the person at the Swedish host institution who has the main responsibility for the visiting researcher's stay in Sweden. The aim of the visiting researcher grant USA is to promote development, collaboration, and learning, as well as to exchange knowledge and experience between the American and Swedish research communities within Forte's areas of responsibility. The purpose of visiting researcher grants is to strengthen the quality and relevance of Swedish research and to increase its international dissemination through an exchange of experiences between the Swedish and the international research community. The application must clearly state how the requested grant will strengthen the research or research environment to which the application refers.
