Vistelsestipendium Olofström

Olofströms kommun offers two residency scholarships each year in collaboration with interest organizations, providing stays in historic schools connected to Nobel laureate Harry Martinson. The Nebbeboda school residency offers rent-free accommodation for several weeks during May through September for artists working in various creative fields. The Alltidhult school residency is specifically for writers and offers two-week stays during three periods each year. Both schools are located in scenic rural areas of Olofström municipality in Blekinge, Sweden. The residencies provide accommodation in carefully renovated teacher's residences with broadband internet access. Recipients are expected to work in the spirit of Harry Martinson and, for the Alltidhult residency, submit a reflection on their stay within two months after completion.
