Vistelsestipendium till Runmarö, Stockholms skärgård

The Ruthska scholarship residence is located on a beach and forest plot on the north side of Runmarö in Stockholm's archipelago. The scholarship provides free accommodation in the scholarship residence during two-week periods from May 15 to October 15. The residence has a simple standard with water tapped from an outdoor tap, two bedrooms (one with two beds), two workspaces, a living room with fireplace, a kitchen with separate dining room, a composting toilet, and outdoor shower with hot water heater at the sauna. Internet connection (wi-fi) is available. The residence is shared with three other smaller cottages that are rented by members of the Writers' Union. No quality or quantity requirements on written work apply when applying. The Writers' Union takes into account the number of years as a member and whether the applicant has previously received any travel scholarship from the union.
