Visuell kunst - Tilskudd til arrangører av utstillinger i Nordland

This grant scheme aims to contribute to making professional visual art exhibitions accessible to the population of Nordland and enable independent exhibition venues to showcase innovative, high-quality art where people live. In Nordland, there are numerous visual art exhibition venues operated on an idealistic basis with unpredictable economic conditions. Their role as organizers of exhibitions featuring professional and innovative artists is important for promoting visual art throughout the county. To stimulate increased activity, a grant scheme has been established for exhibition displays in Nordland. The scheme is also intended to strengthen the county's work with inclusion, diversity, and ensure broad freedom of expression. The grant is meant as a supplement to grant schemes from municipalities, Norwegian Art Societies, and the Norwegian Arts Council.
