Visuell kunst – utstyr til fellesverksteder og gjestekunstnerordninger

This grant program provides funding for shared workshops (fellesverksteder) and guest artist programs (gjestekunstnerordninger) to acquire shared production equipment for visual artists, craftspeople, and photographers. The purpose of the program is to enable these facilities to purchase shared production equipment that will be available to both fixed and external users. The equipment must be owned by the organization operating the workshop or guest artist program. Examples of eligible purchases include shared ceramic kilns and printing presses for graphics. The program aims to support facilities that drive activities aimed at building or further developing professional communities, including meeting places for professional development. Applicants must be organized as an entity with a collective governing body and have responsible daily management. Shared workshops must have at least three permanent users and offer working opportunities for external users, though exceptions may be made in special cases.
