Vital for Berkshire Fund

The Vital for Berkshire Fund supports charities, community groups and projects that work to tackle the most salient and pressing issues within Berkshire's communities at any given time. The fund invites applications from organizations that support vital needs in Berkshire, including physical and mental health, supporting young and vulnerable people or groups, combating isolation, tackling poverty and disadvantage, and offering equal opportunities for all. Applications are also invited to enable groups to fund their essential resources in order to secure services for their beneficiaries in the current cost of living crisis. The 2026 Spring round of funding is open for applications from December 9, 2025 until January 29, 2026. Grants up to a maximum of £5,000 will be considered, subject to funding availability. When reviewing applications, the fund considers whether the project matches the fund's criteria, amount of funding received in the previous 12 months, project timelines, and outstanding monitoring reports.
