Vocational/Trade Scholarship

The Vocational/Trade Scholarship Program by CFY Pinellas provides educational funding to Pinellas County graduating seniors pursuing vocational or trade certifications. In partnership with Pinellas Technical College, CFY offers 10 scholarships covering the full cost of program certification for students attending Pinellas Technical College beginning fall after high school graduation. Students choosing alternative vocational/trade routes receive up to $3,500 toward their education. The program connects community sponsors with aspiring high school seniors seeking to further their education in vocational/trade programs. This initiative extends CFY's mission of elevating youth through impactful programming by supporting students transitioning to the next chapter of their education. The scholarship funds may be used for tuition, fees, books, and equipment only, with funds disbursed directly to the educational institution. Recipients must maintain satisfactory academic progress and enrollment requirements to continue receiving support.
