Warner/Brainard Pre-Legal Award

The Warner/Brainard Pre-Legal Award is a scholarship opportunity for junior and senior students majoring in Pre-Legal Studies at Eastern Illinois University. The award recognizes students who demonstrate outstanding scholastic achievement with a minimum B average and exhibit outstanding character whose actions and conduct reflect positively on EIU. While financial need is considered, it is only evaluated after the pool of applicants is reduced to three finalists. This award is announced in the spring and disbursed in the spring semester. The scholarship aims to support students pursuing pre-legal education and reward both academic excellence and exemplary personal conduct within the university community.
