Wayne Hugo Memorial Scholarship

The Wayne Hugo Memorial Scholarship was established in memory of Wayne Hugo who lost his life while enjoying his love of the mountains. This scholarship is offered annually to a continuing undergraduate student entering fourth year in the Schulich School of Engineering, majoring in Chemical Engineering. The award is valued at up to $2,500 and is based on academic merit. This memorial scholarship honors Wayne Hugo's legacy while supporting outstanding engineering students pursuing their education in chemical engineering at the University of Calgary.
