We Are FR Scholarship Fund

The We Are FR Scholarship Fund was created at The Community Foundation of Westmoreland County, a component of The Pittsburgh Foundation, to provide scholarships for graduating high school seniors at Franklin Regional High School who have exhibited a commitment to the community through service. This single-year scholarship award provides up to $1,500 to support students as they transition to college or university. Preference is given to applicants who can demonstrate financial need in addition to their community service commitment. Applicants must maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 and plan to attend a 2-year or 4-year college or university.
