About this opportunity

This scholarship was established in 2012 and maintained by gifts from Ms Hilary Huey, who graduated from The University of Queensland with a Diploma in Physical Education in 1970. The scholarship supports domestic students undertaking the practical placement component of their Bachelor of Veterinary Science (Honours) program in a rural community. It focuses on experiences and employability, with preference given to students who intend to work in a rural location after completing their program.
