Welch-Ludwig Fund for International Study - Summer, Fall, Academic Year Programs

The Welch-Ludwig Fund for International Study provides financial support to University at Buffalo students participating in education abroad programs. Established in 2009 by Professor Claude Welch and Professor Jeannette Ludwig, this scholarship assists full-time UB students in good academic standing who are applying to participate in University at Buffalo or SUNY education abroad programs. Award amounts vary based on the program duration, ranging from up to $1,000 for summer or winter programs, $2,000 for fall or spring semester programs, and up to $4,000 for full academic year programs abroad. Applicants must complete the Education Abroad Application to be considered for this opportunity.
