About this opportunity

The Werklund School of Education French Scholarship is offered annually to undergraduate students enrolled in the Werklund School of Education entering the French specialization of the Bachelor of Education at the University of Calgary. Two awards of $1,000 each are available. For Two-Year Bachelor of Education After-Degree pathways, this is eligible as an entrance award. For the Five-Year Concurrent Bachelor of Education pathway, students are eligible when entering EDUC 400-level courses in the upcoming Fall term. Selection is based on academic merit and evidence of interest to effectively teach French as demonstrated to the faculty's French proficiency interviewers.
