West Country Dairy Awards

Established in the 1920s, the West Country Dairy Awards provide grants to people studying courses related to the dairy industry. The awards distribute over £15,000 every year, offering scholarship funds to students of all ages who are undertaking Further Education courses. Sons and daughters of farmers or farm employees, or students who can demonstrate commitment to the dairy industry and show aptitude to 'add value' to the industry are considered. Many award recipients have become exemplars within the dairy sector. The Royal Bath & West Society is a sponsor of these awards, which aim to provide educational funding for people in the dairy industry.
