West Fraser Indigenous Student Grant - Apprenticeship

The West Fraser Indigenous Student Grant is available to Indigenous students enrolled in specific apprenticeship programs at NAIT. This grant is designed to support Indigenous students pursuing careers in skilled trades, specifically in the Electrician, Industrial Mechanic (Millwright), Instrumentation and Control Technician, and Heavy Equipment Technician apprenticeship programs. The award is based on a written statement detailing the applicant's personal journey to post-secondary education and satisfactory academic achievement. Preference will be given to students who demonstrate financial need. Students must submit an application to be considered for this award.
