About this opportunity
The Western Producer Scholarship is a $1,000 award offered to 4-H members entering a diploma or degree program related to agriculture, agribusiness, or the rural economy of Saskatchewan. Applicants must be Saskatchewan 4-H members for at least three years within the last two years, Canadian citizens or permanent residents, and must be finishing Grade 12. The scholarship recognizes academic history, community involvement, goals and ambition, and direct involvement and experience within Saskatchewan 4-H. This entrance scholarship is administered by the Saskatchewan 4-H Council and is designed to support young people pursuing agricultural and agribusiness education at the University of Saskatchewan.
