Wigchers Family Real Estate Scholarship

The Wigchers Family Real Estate Scholarship is designed to support full-time undergraduate students with a declared major in the Lubar College of Business who are pursuing a Certificate in Real Estate. The scholarship requires that recipients have earned a grade of B or better in Business Administration 380 – Introduction to Real Estate Markets course. This award is made possible through the generous support of Art & Mary Ann Wigchers and Bill & Meagan Wigchers, and provides $2,000 to help students advance their education in real estate while studying at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. The scholarship is intended to recognize and support students demonstrating academic achievement in real estate studies within the business curriculum.
