About this opportunity
The Wilhelmina Barns-Graham Charitable Trust has granted Falmouth University an award fund of £1,500 to support a final year Fine Art student to undertake an extracurricular, subject-related trip to Italy. The aim of the award is to support the recipient's development as an artist. The award can only be used to fund an extracurricular, subject-related trip to Italy, to be taken within 6 months of the closing date. Applications will be assessed by academic staff based on the benefits of the proposed trip, artistic merit and personal commitment. The award is named after Wilhelmina Barns-Graham (1912-2004), one of the foremost abstract artists in the UK, who was a member of the St Ives art community and received numerous honors including a CBE.
