William and Susan Soza Scholarship

The William and Susan Soza Scholarship provides one-year awards to graduating seniors from Presidio High School in Presidio, Texas or previous recipients of the scholarship. Awards may be used for tuition support at any accredited college, university or trade school in the United States. The intent of the scholarship is to make a difference in the lives of young adults by providing quality education to students in financial need who have achieved an average degree of academic excellence. Selection criteria includes aspirations and ideals as expressed in an essay, school and community participation, demonstrated leadership potential, and financial need as determined by the committee.
