William B. Reid History Education Scholarship

The William B. Reid History Education Scholarship supports full-time students majoring in History Education at Eastern Illinois University. The scholarship is designed to assist junior and senior students who demonstrate financial need and maintain strong academic performance. Recipients must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and be accepted to Eastern Illinois University. The award is renewable, allowing recipients to reapply in subsequent years provided they continue to meet all eligibility criteria. Students are automatically considered for this scholarship based on their completed General Application through the university's scholarship portal. This award is disbursed and announced during the Spring semester.
