About this opportunity
Established in 2005 by William D. Packham (BMath '78), this scholarship supports outstanding first-year students entering the Mathematics/Chartered Professional Accountancy program or the Business Administration (WLU)/Mathematics (University of Waterloo) Double Degree program at the University of Waterloo. Several scholarships valued at $4,000 each are awarded annually to incoming students. Recipients are selected based on their admission average, extracurricular achievements as assessed through the Admission Information Form, and results from mathematics contests administered through the Centre for Education in Mathematics and Computing (CEMC). No separate application is required as students are automatically considered upon admission.
