About this opportunity
The William Mustard Second Year Prize in Wills and Estate Planning is awarded to a student with satisfactory academic standing enrolled in the second year of a Juris Doctor degree at the University of Alberta Faculty of Law. The prize recognizes superior academic achievement in Faculty of Law courses related to Wills (LAW 582 – Wills and Administration), Estates (LAW 660 – Estate Planning), Taxation (LAW 504 – Taxation), and/or Trusts (LAW 580- Trusts). Selection is based on the highest academic achievement in the course(s) taken. Students will be automatically considered based on their completed General Application and do not need to apply separately for this prize.
