William Spilsbury Scholarship 2026/27

The William Spilsbury Scholarship is an undergraduate scholarship offered by Queen Mary University of London for students enrolling in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences or the Faculty of Science and Engineering. Four scholarships are available each year, each valued at £1,250 per year for three years. The scholarship is specifically designed for students who are permanent residents of the City of London, the London Borough of Tower Hamlets, the London Borough of Newham, or the London Borough of Hackney and have lived there for at least three years. Applicants must demonstrate financial need by having a household income assessed by Student Finance England (SFE) of £42,875 or less. The scholarship supports local students in pursuing undergraduate education at Queen Mary University of London. Students must apply for the scholarship after enrolling in September 2026, and application forms will be made available at that time.
