About This Opportunity
The William Van Rooyen, Sr., Memorial Bursary is awarded to third- and fourth-year Business students who are specializing in Accounting and intending to go into the CA Profession. Students with financial need and an agricultural background will be given preference. This bursary was established in 1987 by Tony Van Rooyen, a graduate of UPEI's School of Business Administration, as a tribute to the memory of his father, William Van Rooyen Sr., and to ensure that students facing financial challenges are given the opportunity to complete their university education.
