About this opportunity
The Winter Haven Lions Club Scholarship is available to students currently enrolled or planning to enroll in Polk State College who is a current resident of the greater Winter Haven area. Preference will be given to applicants with an eyesight disability resulting in Legal Blindness and/or applicants intending to pursue a profession related to eyesight conservation. The recipient must maintain a GPA of 2.5 or greater. This scholarship will pay for tuition and books.
