About this opportunity
One scholarship, valued at up to $2,500, is awarded annually to a full-time undergraduate student enrolled in Year One in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Waterloo. Preference will be given to students who are residents of Lambton County, Ontario. This fund is made possible by a donation from the Beynon family in honour of W.J. Beynon. The scholarship recognizes academic performance and requires completion of an Admission Information Form (AIF) and online video interview. It is available to Canadian citizens and permanent residents entering various engineering programs including Architectural, Biomedical, Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Environmental, Geological, Management, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Nanotechnology, and Systems Design Engineering. No separate application is required as students are automatically considered based on their admission materials.
