WNY September 11th Scholarship Fund

The WNY September 11th Scholarship Fund was established in 2017 by Joseph Chouinard to provide scholarships to benefit the victims or victim's family members of the September 11, 2001 tragedy attending the University at Buffalo. The scholarship is available to undergraduate students enrolled at the University at Buffalo. Preference is given to residents of Western New York who were directly impacted by the September 11, 2001 attacks. Applicants must be either a victim of the attacks or an immediate family member of a victim. The award amount varies and is administered through the Financial Aid Office.
