WNY Sophomore Externship Experience - Alumni Ambassadors

The Sophomore Externship Program Ambassador will serve as a bridge between past and prospective participants, helping to strengthen the community of the Sophomore Externship Experience. This role offers an opportunity for alumni to engage in leadership, mentorship, and program promotion, while enhancing their own professional skills and network. Ambassadors are responsible for promoting the externship program through various channels, mentoring prospective and current externs, representing the program at recruitment events and panels, and providing feedback to program staff. The position requires approximately 5 hours per week from January 2 through July 31, 2025. Recipients receive a stipend of $2,400 paid over 3 installments, along with a certificate of service upon successful completion. This opportunity is designed for students who have completed the Sophomore Externship Experience and are committed to professional growth and community engagement.
