Women in Data Science New Zealand Scholarship

This scholarship is funded by Women in Data Science New Zealand with the purpose of promoting women pursuing a career in Data Science. It is an investment towards local talent to provide female students in Data Science with financial support to continue their study at Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington. The scholarship supports undergraduate students studying Data Science, Statistics, Artificial Intelligence or Computer Science. Applicants are expected to have commitment to working in the Data Science profession, a good academic record, good communication skills and a clear vision of what they can achieve with Data Science. Recipients are expected to attend the Women in Data Science New Zealand 2025 event in Wellington on 18 August.
