The Women Of The Moose Health Awareness Scholarship is a $250 scholarship award offered by the Women of the Moose Merlin Chapter 2075 to support graduating high school seniors in Josephine County, Oregon who are pursuing careers in health or medical field professions. This scholarship is designed to assist students who demonstrate both academic excellence and an interest in healthcare-related fields. Eligible students must be graduating seniors from one of the four public high schools in Josephine County (Grants Pass, Hidden Valley, Illinois Valley, and North Valley) and maintain a GPA of 3.5 or above. The scholarship targets students planning to pursue majors in medicine, nursing, dentistry, pharmacy, physical therapy, nutrition, dental hygiene, occupational health, and allied health technician areas such as EMTs, X-ray technicians, or lab technicians.
