Women on Boards

The Women on Boards program aims to prepare and concretely support more qualified women to become part of Boards of Directors. This effort begins with an exclusive cohort in Mexico, designed to significantly impact corporate leadership dynamics. Through a comprehensive approach, the program combines the academic experience of distinguished MIT professors with the practical perspective of industry leaders, creating an educational environment that not only transmits knowledge but also generates tangible results. The program is designed for women determined to secure positions on Boards of Directors, seeking candidates with senior professional experience, fluent English, and the ability to attend in-person workshops and travel to the United States.
