About This Opportunity

The Wright-Patterson Spouses' Club (WPSC) annual scholarship program supports military families by providing financial assistance to military spouses and dependent children pursuing higher education. This scholarship honors the commitment to military families by opening doors for educational advancement and career development. The program reflects the organization's deep dedication to helping military family members shape their futures through academic opportunities. Scholarship funds may be applied to tuition, fees, books, and room and board for the 2026 fall and/or 2027 spring terms. Recipients must be full-time undergraduate or graduate students at accredited colleges, universities, or technical schools during the 2026-27 academic year with at least one full-time semester or quarter of credit hours remaining before graduation. Eligible applicants include dependent children and spouses of local active-duty, Guard, Reserve, retired, deceased, POW/MIA, or international military members. Both the applicant and service member must reside within 100 miles of Wright Patterson Air Force Base. Applicants must maintain a minimum unweighted GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Students receiving full-ride scholarships, including military service academy appointments, are not eligible for this award.
