Yakini Pathway to Practice Award

The Yakini Pathway to Practice Award is a scholarship offered by Federation University Australia to support continuing students in their fourth year of the Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours) program at the Gippsland campus. The scholarship provides financial assistance of $4,500 to help students complete their studies. Preference is given to mature-age students over the age of 25 with prior work history and/or familial responsibilities. The award is designed to support students as they transition into professional practice in the field of occupational therapy. Two scholarships are available annually, with applications opening in January and closing in early March each year.
