About this opportunity
The Linder Foundation supports specific projects that aim to improve outcomes for vulnerable young people aged 12-24 who have suffered from adverse childhood experiences and childhood trauma. The Foundation seeks to fund projects delivering early intervention and rehabilitation aiming to prevent re-offending and to divert young people from involvement in the youth or criminal justice system. The Foundation is looking for innovative projects and targeted programmes with measurable outcomes, likely to include intensive interventions over a period of time and a trauma informed approach provided by crime experienced mentors. Projects may include those supporting young people in the community, in prison or young offenders institutions, or on release, as well as providing support to looked after children and children in care. The Foundation prioritizes projects that show potential to be replicated or scaled up.
