The Young's Equipment Inc. Scholarship in Memory of Josh Rowan is awarded to students who have completed the Agricultural Equipment Technician Apprenticeship program at Saskatchewan Polytechnic. This scholarship recognizes academic achievement in Level 2 of the apprenticeship program and supports students who are employed in the Young's Equipment Inc. trading area, which spans from Davidson, Saskatchewan to the southern border of the province. The award is valued at $500 and one scholarship is available annually. Eligible applicants must be enrolled full-time, have completed Level 2 of the Agricultural Equipment Technician Apprenticeship program in the academic year during which the scholarship is awarded, and be currently employed in the specified trading area. Selection is based entirely on grade point average from the Agricultural Equipment Technician Apprenticeship Level 2 coursework.
