About This Opportunity

The Zell Miller Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship program offered by the State of Georgia to reward high-achieving Georgia high school graduates. Named after former Georgia Governor Zell Miller, this scholarship provides full tuition coverage for students who graduate from an eligible Georgia high school with a minimum 3.7 GPA and minimum SAT or ACT scores. The scholarship supports attendance at eligible Georgia public and private colleges and universities. The Zell Miller Scholarship is part of Georgia's HOPE (Helping Outstanding Pupils Educationally) program family. Unlike the standard HOPE Scholarship, the Zell Miller Scholarship covers 100% of tuition costs and requires students to maintain a higher GPA (3.3) while enrolled to retain eligibility. Students must be Georgia residents and U.S. citizens or eligible noncitizens to qualify.
