Zoltan D. Simo Scholarship

The Zoltan D. Simo Scholarship provides financial support to entering undergraduate students pursuing a degree program in the College of Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan. The scholarship is open to international students from Hungary as well as Canadian citizens or permanent residents, with preference given to those from rural areas (defined as communities or towns of less than 50,000 persons). The award provides $2,000 in support to selected recipients. Selection is based upon academic achievement and financial need, as determined by the Award Committee, with preference given to students from Hungary. The scholarship was established through the generosity of Mr. Zoltan D. Simo to support engineering students at the university.
